After 8 years of looking at white formica and white backsplash, I finally bit the bullet and called Signature. They have done lots of work in my neighborhood and I went down the street and looked at a kitchen they had done for an acquaintance. Really nice work- so I called for someone to come out and give me a bid. Jason, the owner, came out within a couple of days to take a look and I had a bid the next day. The amazing thing to me was how quickly they could put me on the schedule- within 2 weeks!! So I had to hurry up and make my selections and we were good to go. It is not that they don't have many jobs to do that enabled the quick service, but because they DO have lots of projects always going, keeping their crews working. NO subcontractors! Their crews are very professional, on time and do great work. They have a VERY efficient office staff who communicate with you daily and always have a prompt answer for any question or concern. I have read reviews by others that Signature is more expensive than other firms. If this is so, it is not by much and definitely worth every penny to deal with such a professional group. We had granite countertops, travertine backsplash, new sink and faucet and undercabinet lighting installed....in 5 days!!! I'm sure Signature will have more work in my neighborhood since I have already had many inquiries by my neighbors. A great company!
