Absolutely love this moving company! This is the second time I have used CANYX. The first was from LA to NYC. This recent time was from NYC to PHX. Everyone I have worked with was very responsive, courteous, professional and hardworking. I have heard horror stories about moving companies, but CANYX are the exception. While one box was misplaced during my most recent move, they located the box within days and it is on its way via FedEx to my new home. I was so pleasantly surprised how quickly my belongings arrived at my new home. It only took 4 days to arrive! Definitely made the transition into a new home and state easier. I will use them again and again and again. Out of a HUGE move, and I did the packing myself, only a small mug was cracked. Amazing!
I shopped around and got quotes from other national movers, but the quoters seemed very shady and would never give an exact answer. It was always within ranges for the other moving company quotes. Loved the guaranteed pricing that CANYX provided. Loved how hard the workers worked. Very efficient and wrapped everything perfectly. They do exactly what they say they will. Didn't like that a box was lost, but loved the response and follow up to find it. Issues may arise, but the important factor is how the company responds.
I recommend them without a doubt.
