From start to finish, this company was beyond professional. Both portions of my move (from NYC and to California) ran seamlessly. Both sets of movers (pickup and delivery) were pleasant, efficient, and gentle with my belongings. I felt at ease with them from the beginning.
Elizabeth was an absolute asset to the success of my move. She was kind, helpful, and patient. If I emailed her a question, she would respond within a few hours. If I called during business hours, she was always willing to spare a few moments to address my concerns.?
The email updates as my shipment moved across country were a great help, and they even held my belongings a few extra days in LA free of charge! When I was finally settled in my new place, they worked with my schedule and arrived within 15 minutes of our agreed delivery! As I said before.... A seamless job!
