I had a great experience from start to finish!!
With only days to find a mover and get the contents of my small storage unit on a truck from LA to NY, I called California New York Express and my estimator (David) was out the next day (at the time I asked for). David was extremely helpful and responsive. Even after he'd finished with the estimate, he stayed and gave me packing tips to help me save money.
The price was great and they were flexible on pick up times so I went with them. And I am so glad I did.
The pick-up and delivery crews were fast, friendly and professional.
I liked the email alerts telling me where my belongings were and I had positive experiences when I called the main number with a question. Everything arrived on time.
The bottom line is I paid a great price and got great service. I would definitely use these guys again and have already recommended them to a co-worker.
