Worst experience - Customer Service is terrible! And actually SPEAKING to someone in Customer Service is impossible. There was literally no communication and I had no idea where my shipment was for more than a week ... My boxes were picked up July 28th and I indicated in my contract that I would accept delivery on August 1st but my shipment did not leave NYC after August 4th. When my boxes did arrive in CA, August 10th, they were destroyed! Interestingly, when I questioned the delivery guys I was told 'we are just an outside company they sometimes use for delivery, your boxes already looked like this when we picked 'em up"". Fortunately all 15+ boxes only included clothing and shoes.
