Moving with California New York Express has been a fantastic experience! We are comparing this to the horrid experience we had 5 years ago when moving from San Diego to New York City. Now when moving back we used California New York Express and things have gone very smoothly.
They were willing to do all the initial quotes and communication via email which is a must as I am constantly on the road for work. Our move date kept changing, and they were very accommodating and responsive to my ever changing pick up date.
They arrived on time on the date promised, and were very helpful with anything we were unable to pack ourselves. They gave us different payment options to choose from.
Our things arrived in California about two weeks later, weeks sooner than our horrid experience with the other company a few years back. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything there and mostly intact! They only casualties were a few glasses. They put everything were we asked including carrying up the heaving things that needed to go upstairs. They made sure that the entire inventory was delivered.
Moving cross country is not an easy task, but this company made the experience pleasant one and I highly recommend California New York express to anyone shopping for movers!
