Just moved from San Francisco to DC (which was made more complicated by the fact that I was already on the east coast, and my mom had to coordinate from the SF end) with CANY Express, and they were great. They kept both my mom and I in the loop throughout the whole process, and even scheduled a late evening delivery with me after the truck broke down and they were not able to make the initial afternoon window. My stuff was in perfect shape, and the representative in charge of the move was extremely courteous and professional. I have moved with other companies before, that might have done an ok job moving my stuff but the employees were not particularly great to work with. This is not the case with CANY, as everyone I had contact with from the main office to the movers themselves were extremely nice and helpful, and even more importantly, knew exactly what was going on and dealt with my questions themselves instead of passing me on. Highly recommend--definitely helped minimize the stress of moving!
