I have been a long time client of South Lamar Animal Hospital until I found out it was sold and under new ownership. That explains the changes I've seen. This clinic went from fantastic to way below average. I used to be seen at the time my appointment was scheduled and now I always have to wait at least 20 minutes. I have met the new doctor and he is pushy like i read in the other reviews. He didn't even apologize for making me wait 45 minutes one time. He kept calling my dog by the wrong name even though it was in front of him. The staff has totally changed and seems lost when trying to do anything. It's also way over priced for the care you recieve. This new guy wants your money it seems like more than caring for your pet, which is why i left.
