Review content:
Dr. Taylor is great in that he cares about my dog. He would get on the ground and say hello to my golden retriever. The last time I went in for a simple, routine exam, I saw the new vet/owner, dr. Buck Van Trease. He didn't seem to care about my dog or me. When I would try to tell him something about my dog, he'd interupt me to talk about himself or something unrelated. Then, he kept trying to tell me my dog needed his ears treated but had to be sedated to do so. Dr. Taylor hasn't sedated my dog in the past. I would definetly not see the new doctor. Plus, the staff that was friendly and knew what they were doing is no longer there. I wonder if it has to do with the new doctor?
