Review content:
I never even got as far as the office. I was put on hold 5 times and then disconnected on. I called back and was put on hold few more times. I can understand that she must have been busy, but each time she came on the line she did not wait to hear my response, and I had an animal that needed immediate care. When she finally came on the line to see what I needed, and quickly told me there was nothing available that day and hung up on me. Perhaps the animal care at this place is wonderful, but I guess I'll never know. They need to either get this woman some help in the office and give her a little extra coaching or hire someone better able to do the job.
