I emailed ""choptsui"" regarding the poor rating she gave us, she was kind enough to return my email and explain her comments. Turns out she had a bad experience with Kenneth's two years ago. First of all, we didn't ""break"" anything; the power steering pump was failing when the vehicle was brought in so we replaced it. Unfortunately the replacement, and at least one subsequent replacement pump was faulty. The dealership was NEVER called in on this repair; our technicians are the best of the best so there would be no point in that. We did, however call in a representative from the power steering pump supplier in an effort to remedy the problem. While this situation with ""choptsui's"" repair experience was unfortunate (for both parties involved) it was the exception, not the rule. I felt as though we did all we could to remedy the situation (I recall personally giving her & her mother? a ride home in my personal vehicle after we closed along with our driver taxiing her to the hospital while we had her vehicle). -Mike Shannon, Service Manager.
