In late March, a portion of my widowed mother?s kitchen ceiling fell in due to an accumulation of rainwater from a roof leak. The insurance adjuster who handled the claim recommended Carolina Restoration Services, and we could not be happier with their work or the way in which they dealt with us throughout the process. The first visit from Carolina Restoration was from their estimator, who spent more than an hour inspecting the ceiling damage and determining the extent of the repairs. The next contact was from Carolina Restoration?s general manager, who supplied us with a written quote for the cost of the repairs. The two-person repair crew arrived on time on the day the job was scheduled and worked diligently until it was completed. They were very careful to tarp and cover all areas, and the quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations. Within an hour of the time the repair crew completed their work, the carpet cleaning team arrived. They were equally efficient and managed to make 20 year old carpet look as if it were brand new. Based on our experience, I would recommend Carolina Restoration Services without reservation.
