Review content:
Roto-rooter did a great job today fixing a water line leak. Before the service man found the leak, he explained all the steps he was taking in order to locate the leak. Once he found it, he showed me the clues that led him to it and then outlined everything he would need to do to fix it. I was impressed with his customer service, especially his willingness to explain everything to me so that I could understand it. The leak is fixed; and now with the knowledge that he imparted on me, I know what to look for in the future - and then maybe get to a problem when its still a little problem.
