This information has nothing to do about the doctors, they may be wonderful for all I know. With that said... I made an appointment as a first time patient for a general check up. I didn't have my insurance card at the time I made my appointment so called back the next day with the information. The women on the other end of the phone said she'd give the information to the insurance worker and that she'd call me back if there were any issues. The next time I heard from them was a week later reminding me of my appointment. When I arrived to my appointment they took my insurance card and directed me to the waiting room. The office worker returned and said they don't accept my insurance after all, ""would you like to stay for you appointment?"". I told her this should have been known a week ago! She only commented ""I don't know what happened"". I'm sorry, but they made it obvious that they don't respect their new clients or value their time. Most people do have their own jobs and take time off for appointments. I don't care that they didn't accept my insurance. But they made it obvious they don't respect their new patients and that's why I don't recommend this office. Cons: Office staff
