Bill at Roto Rooter did exactly what he said he would do- charged what he said he would charge and did it in a timely manner. I paid more for the service than I would have with another plumber, probably by about 20 to 25%, but Bill knew exactly what the problem was, told me what needed to be done, and explained everything he was going to do. He also said if he couldn't clear the obstruction, that I wouldn't be charged and that any work he did was guaranteed. Thankfully he was able to clear it in just a few minutes with a monsterous 400 lb machine and we no longer have sewage backing up which is a giant relief. Bill was professional and did a great job.
