These people are RIDICULOUS... I have been here for almost a year (have a 14 month lease) and it has been great. The apartments are cheap and for a 1 bedroom I have a good amount of space. I am allowed to have my dog which is a HUGE plus. I am close to CSUS (which is the biggest reason that I moved here).
I have NEVER had any problems with thieves so I have no idea what these people do to have such huge problems. I sometimes hear people outside but I have at all the apartments I have lived at.
OVERALL don't listen to these people putting all these negative reviews about woodlake village, REMEMBER the only people putting reviews are people who usually have a HORRIBLE experience and feel that everyone should know.
PS. I don't in any way work for woodlake at all.
