I'm a graphic design student at a very well-known art and design school here in Atlanta. I went to Kinkos today (it was the only printing place open) to print off a project/design I had been working on all week. All i needed was for them to *help* me print it on an 11 x 17 sheet of glossy or matte photo paper. I've been in to kinkos plenty of times, enough to know that their computers that are open to the public don't pick up my external hard drive for some odd reason. I told the employee this and they refused to listen to me. So, i wasted my money trying to pull up my ext. hard drive on the computer that i already knew wouldn't work. I proceeded to tell the employee to please let me print from behind the counter, i had done it before. The guy was NOT busy and proceeded to tell me that i was probably doing something wrong on the other computer. I work in the apple store as a mac specialist. My knowledge with computers is pretty darn good and this guy kept belittling me while huffing and puffing because now he had to lift his fingers to hook up my hard drive to the computer so he could print something for me. Pros: hmm let's see... nope no pros here! Cons: Just about everything
