Review content:
I was in need of a plumber to clear my main sewer line. I contacted Roto-Rooter, and they promised to send a plumber within a specified time period. Before arrival, I received a follow up call to verify my address and to let me know the plumber was on his way. The plumber arrived when promised, and promptly began diagnosing the problem. He explained what he was going to do to resolve the blockage and let me know that another technician would send a camera through the drain line to verify the blockage was cleared and to check for any potential concerns. Both Jeff, the Plumber and Nathan, the Camera Specialist were very professional in handling the situation. My sewer drain is clear and I am glad I contacted Roto-Rooter. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing problems I may have.
