Ok.. so the first time I went the lady didn't even dry & style it as I requested but DID charge for it, not to mention she forgot to ""texturize"" my hair and I had to get a retouch. I figured the stylist wasn't a good match for me. I gave it another shot with a different girl and I'm really in love with my hair now. She understands my needs, wants and hair condition. Plus! She has heard ALL of my concerns and answered all questions doubts.. etc. Spa, mani, pedi, and hair services are all ALWAYS up to standard. Staff has always been really friendly even if they're not attending me directly. It really is a great spa. I took a girl friend with me and she really liked it as well. She was very concerned about trying a new place and having her hair ruined. Instead they worked with her and we WILL BE RETURNING for more services with our same stylists. It's great to have someone enjoy this with me! =]
