Review content:
Do not do business with thoroughbred ford, unless you want to be conned out of money for worthless vehicles, and yelled at by sales managers when you complain about it. After a family member of mine purchased a used vehicle in July of 2011, a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, for $17,500, the problems have been never ending with this business. An ""extended warranty"" was purchased for $1000, and hasn't seemed to cover any of the following issues: Bad electrical wiring in moon roof: ~$200 to fix (not covered) Issue with heater: $300 (also ""not covered"") Was told vehicle needs new brakes (after purchase) and now, a cracked radiator: quoted around $500 (""not covered"") When I called to speak with a manager, ""Curt"" who called me an ""ass"" for using the term ""swindled"", and was repeatedly told to ""be a man"" where he hung up on me. This car was a lemon. and Thoroughbred ford will not admit to it, and refuses to make it right, only demanding more money to fix problems that should have never existed. At the time where the last problem (radiator) was quoted to be repaired, the dealership smugly told him that he ""needs a new vehicle"". These people are crooks, I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
