Review content:
The only service they usually get right is a simple oil change- even then they almost always give you a list of items that need to be fixed but when you take your vehicle to another Ford dealer you find nothing wrong. Most recently they charged me $90 for a diagnostic service to tell me all of my spark plugs were loose and offered to tighten them for $350. When I took my truck to the dealer who installed the plugs- the mechanic by the way is a 20 year master mechanic- the plugs were not loose at all tight. The problem was a loose emission hose for $35. Buyer beware!!!!!
