we paid 3000 + for a sectional, special order. when it was delivered you couldnt rest your head on the arm or you would bust your head open due to no padding. 5 months later the same thing is happening to the remaining parts of the sectional. if you sit on it its like sitting on a board, when we complained a repair guy came out and put padding in the arms and said there's nothing they can do about the rest of the sofa just don't sit in the middle of 2 pieces, hello..................what if we want to lay down on the sofa well guess what boards are in your ribs. when I called to complain again, one of the comments from ""customer service"" is my sec does that too, the sec in the stores sure dont have that problem wonder why mine and hers do. we have 2 other sofas in our home (NOT FROM CAROLE HOUSE) both older and one is downstairs with many many years of sitting and laying on and we never have to pull boards out of our ribs or tush. we are very disappointed., never again and I will pass the word!!!!!!!!! Pros: if your planning a big bonfire, they have lots of boards to use. Cons: they dont sell padding with their furniture its material on boards.
