I had a completely bad experience with Cooper Lake Automotives. After having my car towed there because of a busted radiator I had expected some great service far all the great reviews. I was dead wrong. I had to call them just to get a response on my car. I got a simple care a 1995 Toyota Camery. I could have changed the radiator myself but was going on vacation for a week. When I got back I never got a call so I went up there. Yes the radiator was in and replaced. But the car was still running hot. I was told by the front desk you need a new head gasket! Okay let me look closer. They recommend me do something to my car without seeing the obvious. The radiator fan was not even working when I left. They gave me the wrong key to another Toyota Camery they were working on and they did not show me they were concerned enough about my business to say hey we need to fix the fan or the car will certainly run hot again. I took my care to Kaffuman tires.
