Review content:
People this shop has some shady practices. The customer service is non-existent. They never call you to update you when they say they will. And when your calling to check on your vehicle they act like your bothering them. Hello?? Everyone needs their car in Georgia.
This place is always filled to capacity which should indicate that they are way too overworked and will over look important details on your car.
My vehicle was not fixed properly the first time and broke dwn on the side of he road after a month. Cooper Lake even had the audacity to have an attitude about it.
A much more reputable auto repair shop also informed me that the part was not even new. No one even apologized or showed an ounce of true empathy for the inconvenience of it all.
Please do not get caught up in the hype people. I too brought my vehicle here b/c of the rave reviews. I believe they have people posting positive reviews up here because both times i dealt with them the service was deplorable. This is the web people, Cooper Lake is an illusion.
