A L O H A !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called Travel Spectrum on June 28th to book a family trip to hawaii and we departed on July 3rd for 10days. Zul our travel agent recommended me to go to Wahoo, Maui and Big Island( Kona). He also picked all three hotels. Out rigger in Waikiki, Fairmont in Maui and Waikola Marriot. I called him from airport right before boarding and he was available to answer few more questions I had and he also e-mailed other info on my phone which was very helpful. Even though in limited times he mailed all the brochures to us.
We stayed in an oceanfront room at the Outrigger on the Beach for 03 nights for our vacation. We absolutely loved it! We had never been to Hawaii before. We are so glad we chose the Outrigger. Everyone was courteous and friendly.
Travel Spectrum gave all the tips on places to go, and exactly how to get there. We rented a car, and went where we wanted when we wanted. We toured in the mornings, and relaxed on the beach back at the hotel in the afternoons. We climbed Diamond Head, and went to Pearl Harbor and the Missouri.Then drove along Highway 72. What a view! We went to Sandy Beach, then to the North Shore to see the waves and surfers. It was absolutely gorgeous! We rode the Atlantis Submarine and saw stingrays, sea turtles, and all kinds of colorful fish.
Words cannot describe the wonderful experience at the Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui. We stayed 03 nights in Maui.The hotel staff was superb .The living area was very spacious. The views were incredible from this room and every day provided an awesome location to view the sunset.

For a 03 night stay enjoying the scenery and shopping of the Big Island, this was just the right choice of hotel. The staff provided topnotch service where it counted. Our room was well-equipped, clean, and spacious.
The drive to the more upscale King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace of Waikola Beach was nice. We enjoyed our convertible rental car.
Travel Spectrum do give 100% of their superb service. We do recommend Travel Spectrum highly and we will use them again.
