Review content:
We booked group of 12 people's vacation through Travel Spectrum on April 2010. Our travel agent recommended us to stay Riu Palace because Ocean view and ocean front room was giving the best price. Also closed to Atlantis hotel. It's like staying in Riu but play in Atlantis casino since Riu is all inclusive. We had to change few names because the name didn't match the names were given. Always check the name according to the passport before you provide the naming list to the travel agent if you are the group leader. Anyway it was very challenging for our travel agent but he came through. All the thanks goes to him and his contact with the Continental airlines.
It was our parents 50th anniversary. Few of us came from Washington and rest from Houston.
We had a great time and everything worked out well. My parents' room was nice. The Riu met my expectations. The all-inclusive was key for my two teenage sons who ate continuously. We were able to get day passes to Atlantis Aqua venture through Majestic Tours with no problem. Definitely walk over the entrance of Royal Towers. Can get there through casino. Beautiful reception...tops some Vegas hotels. Must check out ""The Dig"" ...underground aquarium. Also, catch a free movie at Atlantis..near Coral/Beach Tower. We went on a sailing/snorkeling trip which was quite nice. We also para sailed which was quite a thrill for my parents. We had two nice dinners in town. One at Luciano's of Chicago where we had a nice table outdoors overlooking the bay between Nassau and Paradise Island. We had my parents' anniversary dinner celebration in the courtyard at Cafe Matisse which was excellent and I highly recommend. Thanks for your help in putting together the trip. Looking forward to book our many trips with you(Travel Spectrum) in near future.
