We booked our hotel and tours through Travel Spectrum. Our son lives in Edinburgh; our first stop was in Edinburgh for few nights. Then we went to London and Paris.
First, you selected Excellent Hotels for location and price. Your email informed us they were only 2 of 5 stars. Yet both hotels were clean, staffed by courteous professionals, located close to the sights we wanted to be near, and had Wifi that let us keep in touch with family. Hotel California served the huge buffet breakfast, the staff tried hard to communicate with us and the room was cleaned daily.
Second, you recommended good tours and were exactly as presented. The British Heritage Tour gave us the historical places we wanted to see. The Rail pass allowed us to get beyond Edinburgh to reach locations of interest. And the Paris river cruise was exactly as expected.
Third, the information you emailed us while we were in Edinburgh made it easy to conduct our trip. We printed out the 3 emails you sent, which had all the information we needed for the airplanes, airport shuttle, and the hotel rooms.
OVERALL, I would be happy to repeat my verbal compliments to you.
We called you up on the phone and described the parameters we needed. ZUL (travel agent) came throughout that day with a very practical tour.
