Review content:
I have been a member of a much larger, nationally-known fitness center for over 20 years and I continue to work out there, it being conveniently-located so close to home. Still, I get up at 4:45 A.M. three times a week and drive 30-45 minutes to attend ""class"" at 501FIT. Reason: that's where I get results. The facility is clean and well-organized; the equipment well-maintained; and the sessions -- while energizing, motivating, AND challenging -- are just plain FUN and friendly! Indeed, my classmates spur me on. Most of all, I appreciate the staff's personal attention. It allows me to exercise within my own limits, while focussing on correct posture and isolating the muscles I want to work and develop. It's at 501FIT that I feel sufficiently-challenged, yet protected against injuring myself, in my quest for personal health and fitness!
Pros: Results-Oriented, Friendly, and Attentive to Personal Objectives and Limitations
Cons: No Parking Lot
