The vets and pet nurses are very skilled and caring. The front desk is very considerate and helpful..... We have all of our pets on Banfield's wellness plans, which is a great value with comprehensive medical care. We have low monthly payments which cover all vaccinations, spay/neuter (if applicable), various exams, dewormer, and gives us 10%+ off of other services & procedures from them. Their flea medicines are as good (if not cheaper) than petmeds....... Everything they do they tell you the cost upfront (not just an ""estimate"") and discuss why they recommend a certain course of action & the pros/cons of the medication/procedure so that YOU can make the best decision. The staff is highly educated and very considerate. Their office hours are convenient.
Pros: convenient office hours (even Saturday!), promt service, accepts walkins welcomly, convenient location in PetSmart.
