Wouldn't you know it? Family was in town for a surprise birthday party and the temps were pushing 90 degrees. The day of the party, the air conditioning stopped working! It was a weekend, so I was very concerned there would be no one answering or available to help us. The party seemed doomed. But 45 minutes after I placed the call to Bud Anderson, a service technician was knocking on the door and 20 minutes later, cool air was blowing!
