I have used Bud Anderson to service and repair my HVAC unit since I moved to Fayetteville in 2001. In 2010-2011 I actually purchased my heating unit, then upgraded my Air Conditioning the next year. It's never a 'great' time to replace units, but the fact that they listened and could suggest partial replacement then completed the other side of the replacement the following year is a testament to them. Their sales staff are honest and sincere. Their work has been exemplary, as our heater went out on the eve of the coldest day of the year, and their staff stayed well into the evening to insure that we had heat before they left.
