My son's tub drain was cloged so my first thought was oh no I need a plumber, thinking of friends, friends of friends then it dawned on me to call Roto-Rooter. I had a coper pipe burst and called them a while ago. So I went on the web searching Roto-Rooter, found my state and phone number. Called em up and the lady that answered was so sweet listening to my cloged drain story, she sympathized with me, she said we have a tech waiting to respond and can be there in the next hour, I was so amazed thinking it would have to wait til Saturday or next week, I explained further that I would like an experienced plumber as it's an old tub drain and she noted this on the call, next thing I know another lady called explained who she was and said I have Joe to respond within the next half hour, I said wonderful! Joe was right on time. Very professional, understanding and actually listening to my babble taking the time to fully answer my questions. Even made recommendations for preventative maintenance to protect the drain. Fully satisfied and will call Roto-Rooter, Covington KY if needed in the future. Thanks so much for the paitence and understand the customer service is wonderful don't find that much these days!
