Review content:
Our hot water heater burst at about 1:00 am today (i.e., last night just as we came home from an evening out.) An inch of water had already accumulated on our floor (carpet side and cement side ... a real mess), and was still gushing full bore. We called Roto-Rooter and the representative talked us through a water shut-down. Then at 8:00 am this morning Mike (the plumber from Roto-Rooter in Covington, KY) showed up, laid out our options and by 1:00 pm today, we had a brand new, life-time guaranteed 80 gallon water heater installed and running. Mike was extremely professional, a terrific plumber, and very helpful with a variety of recommendations on other aspects of the overall clean-up etc. Thanks Mike, great job.
