I live in an old house with ancient plumbing and most plumbers don't want to handle my problems. We had two drains that were either extremely slow, or in the case of an upstairs bathroom we are renovating, wasn't draining at all. I set up my appointment for 4-6pm and although they were several hours late, someone from customer service called me to keep me updated on the arrival time. Much better than what I have experienced in the past with nobody ever showing up at all. Bill, the plumber from Covington, KY got both of my drains running and I was overall extremely please with the service.
