I cant believe how rudely and disrespectful we were treated. Never have I been treated so horrible from someone I was looking to do business with. Purchased a rig there 10 years ago and just went back for service. Bob and Robin are so rude and don't know how to treat their customers. Take my advise and the others out there about Bob's and DON'T GO THERE!!! If you do you will greatly regret it if you have to return for service!!!!! Bob and Robin I hope you read these reviews!! SR is a small town and word of mouth gets around and believe me there are a lot of words getting around about your poor business.
