Went in for an alignment purchased through groupon now. They told me they could not do an alignment until I replaced the tie rod. Ok. They quoted me a total of $120 for the outer and inner tie rod parts and about $127 for an estimated 1.3 hours of labor. Went to autozone and got the parts for less than $50. Asked my mechanic friend how long he thought it would take to replace the tie rods on one side and he told me about 20 minutes (an hour less than what Meineke quoted). I don't know if they were trying to get more money out of me or if their prices are just really high, but what they quoted me was very unreasonable. The mechanics were very polite and the man working the front desk was polite until I told them that they wouldnt be getting my business. When I asked him about the money I had spent on the groupon he responded ""That's not my problem"". Would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.
