I have been employed at Riverbend for a little over a year now. I have been in this field since 1989, and have worked just about everywhere, and this by far is the best place to work and to live. The Residents at Riverbend are always doing something or going somewhere, they are friendly because they are happy and that means alot. Where else can you see the owner of a facility like this serving meals in the dining room? One gentleman owns Riverbend, not a corporation, one handsome gentleman, who on weekends brings his kids in to visit with the residents, it just isn't like any other place.It is truly a blessing to know the staff and residents. I am sure that RiverCrossing will be just as nice, can't wait for it to open. Brand new facility, over 100 hours of activities for the residents. It should be your #1 choice for your loved one.
