BEWARE! First off, when you are told you are going to be called back, they don't. A digital camera with nothing wrong other then the LCD screen being broke was taken in. A week went by and no call back with a quote. Took 2 weeks to get just a quote! Then repair is authorized and they ""will call"". Again no call for over a week. This continues on back and forth for over a month! Finally it is told that they couldn't repair it and would need to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. Terribly frustrated by then authorization is denied, just give it back. Keep in mind the camera worked fine except for the LCD when given to this shop. When received back from the shop it no longer worked at all!!! Had the camera still worked it was damaged from where the shop obviously was trying to pry parts off of it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. CAN'T RETURN CALLS. UNTIMELY SERVICE. DAMAGED ITEM EVEN MORE!
