The worst ecperience ever, told i could only buy one certain car with a really high down payment and interest rate. Contacted finance company and everything that was told to me by my sales person was a lie. Now they done got paid by the finance company they could care less whether i am happy. Hate the vehicle, its junk, and they want help me out in any way. Do ur research, and look elsewhere to buy a car. I do not recommend going to TOM BANNEN CHEVY, THEY ARE ONLY WORRIED ABOUT THEMSELVES AND MAKING A PAYCHECK!!!!!!
