I always buy my cars from a General Motors dealership, and my experience has been that customer service was not high on the priority list with most GM dealers, but Tom Bannen Chevy has taken service and customer satisfaction to a new level. The one constant is always dealing with Jeff Boyd. He takes the time to explain everything to you, and makes sure that the job is always done right. He will also make sure you are not inconvenienced by getting you a courtesy ride to work or providing a loaner. When the time comes, I will buy another car from Tom Bannen mostly because of the exceptional service I have received from Jeff Boyd in the service department. Tom Bannen Chevy makes sure the customer comes first and to me that is the most important quality a dealership strive for.?
