Review content:
I have a complicated prescription that seems to change often. I had been going to a small independent provider for about 21 years and now lived to far away to go back. I thought I would try Lenscrafters because they offer great discounts and I could also use my AAA membership for additional discounts.
My first set of lenses weren't the same type of material that I had used for years. I couldn't seem to adjust well to them so I went to North Hills while shopping to see if I could do better. It's a very long story... but the important thing is that Steve spent hours helping me solve the problem, ordered new lenses, called his co-workers to try and solve the issue and was polite and very helpful. I was heading out of the country and had a time crunch as well. He offered to make me a pair of temporary lenses if they didn't come in on time.
I will admit I was nervous about going to a chain but am pleased to say I got the same personal attention and everyone had the same goal... Make the best glasses possible and listen to the customer.
