I called Cal-West to try to get a general idea on how much ductwork would cost (I thought the quote I had from another vendor seemed high). Kristi took my info, then Gary called the same day to give me an over-the-phone round number. Was about 1/3 less than my other quote so I had him take a look. Gave me a 1/2 hour notice before the visit, was nice and professional, and the low, over-the-phone quote stayed the actual quote. Very Reasonable prices. Gary said they would be able to handle some minor electrical work but on install day, the AC guys said they wouldn't do it. Would have been a big bummer had not Gary hooked me up with a qualified electrician with no mark-up to the electrician's price. Howard Powell Electric came the next morning and finished it all up. Thanks so much Gary for helping me finish the project. Kristi followed up to ensure I had great service (which I had), and now I have the contact info for a great and reasonable electrician as well. Your whole group is professional, kind, and inexpensive. I look forward to working with Cal-West again.
