Went to Balboa bar/lounge on a Saturday. My food review is based on the drinks. I only ordered non-alcoholic drinks and they didn't taste good. BUT, the service was great. The crowd is mixed. Early thirties, chilled, very laid back. Leather sofas and lounges to rest on. The door guys are very cool, very friendly. Great house/ambient music piping through. Cool interior. Just a good mellow spot to chill and people watch. Surprisingly chilled and mellow for Sunset Blvd.
