I'm not sure what the hype is about this restaurant. My boyfriend and I went to BOA for dinner last Friday and did not have a pleasant experience. I ordered the prawns and noticed 2 of the 5 prawns were not clean. At this point I had already taken one bite of out each prawn. The manager stopped by to ask us if we need anything and I showed him my unpleasant discovery on my plate (shrimp poop). He told me he would bring me back a new plate, which is exactly what he did. Not only did he take my plate (with other food that I ordered that he did not replace) and swapped it for a new one, he also put the two shrimp that were not cleaned back on my plate (half eaten). I think the least he could have done was replace the two half eaten prawns with two new prawns. Once we received out bill we notice that the waiter also charged us for 3 cocktails when we only ordered two. It took us almost 20 minutes to check out after asking the waiter to correct our bill. The service is extremely slow.
