aweful service, waited 1hour (with no exaggeration) just to be shampooed. my stylist Charise would not shampoo my hair as others did, since the shampoo girls were a no show. she waited until 1 hour later when someone arrived, to tell them i needed the shampoo and i still was not taken immediately.my appointment was for 930 am and i did not get out until 3pm. i asked for a partial weave and charise did not give me the style i showed her in a photo, no where close, she had someone braid my hair before the sow in and i wondered why it was so painful. i got home and my edges, especially on the left side were balded. i had fragile edges to begin with, and with out fully examining my hair she told her how to braid it and the little bit of hair on my edges were gone. i should have left after the first hour of waiting but i hung in there for nothing. if you need a sow in and style a certain way do not go to charise. aweful , aweful service with huge prices. the only pro is the parking.
