Huh I really liked this place so it's kind of hard for me to write a negative review but I feel the truth must be put out there. I was going to this salon and Angela was my stylist and all was well(although one time I did spot a chicken bone in a dryer chair...yuck). Anyway I scheduled an appointment at 9 am and when I arrived I had to wait 20 mins for the recepitionist to open and then 25 mins for my stylist to show up . Anyway at the end of this appointment I scheduled another appointment for two weeks later early in the morning on a Wed well I arrived at the time of my appointment and again the salon was locked again I wait 15 minutes which then turned in to 50 minutes and no one ever showed up. till this day I have never received any kind of communication about this error makes me believe that the appointment was never actually entered correctly in their computer... I know it's possible that a mistake could have happened but overall it diminished the reputation of this salon in my mind and speaks to the fact that while they have the hair part down their professionalism could use some work.
Pros: Great Stylists, Nice Atmosphere
