Review content:
Myrna is the stylist that drew me to Xquisite Hair Salon. She is the only thing tat is keeping me there. She is a perfectionist. She always wants to make sure my hair and scalp is clean and styled perfectly. If I change salons, it would certainly be because of the shampoo exepriences that I have had in this salon and the lack of supplies. Myrna has had to stop the process of blowing and styling my hair to rewash my hair more than half of the times that I have been to the salon (and I have I been there quite a few times). Let's face it, it's like starting your process all over again (that's means more time spent in the salon and Myrna getting behind with her other clients) but she doesn't mind and tht's why I have stuck in there with her. I have a problem with my dry scalp and she constantly tells the shampoo girls there what she needs done but it doens't always happen. Let's face it, your shampoo experience is what we look forward too. If that isn't right, it really doesn't set the mood. It is not only a time of cleansing the hair and scalp but, a relaxing moment. The shampoo girls don't take the time they need to to evaluate the hair and scalp to maintain your hair. It's almost seems like they are robots working in a factory. There are too many clients and not enough time. They have to move too quickly to actually connect wth you. I got a rinse in my hair one day and Myrna wanted a certain shampoo used, but guess what the salon was out of it. She went to use the relaxer she has been using on my hair and guess what there wasn't any. And they only have the two kinds of regular relaxers. They were both out. Only senistive scalp and super were left in the salon. How can a salon that sells so many products (Aveda, etc.) and other merchandise not have the products that their clients need. I could have walked out right there. And let me not forget, they did not have air condition in the summer. They used fans throughout the shop tp keep it cool. Pros: Stylist Cons: Shampoo experience, lack of supplies
