Your complaints of greed, lack of compassion and unconcern is BUNK. I took a lost cocker spaniel to him, in concern for her health. She got a complete physical; she didn't have much and had cancer. He gave her meds, notice I said ""gave"" and advised me to bring her to a shelter. She's have a rough future of surgeries, etc. if we kept her. Her quality of life was fading rapidly. I asked for the bill, ""no charge"". I took her across the way to a groomer; told them the story, once again ""no charge"". They wished me well, gave me a bag of treats for her. So please, please don't tell me about the compassion at the Sandy Hill Animal Clinic etc. Those of you having a problem with this ... well, it's YOUR problem. Think of 'how much you owed him and not made the effort to pay' or the attitude YOU projected. Then ask yourself about YOUR compassion for the work and hours these Dr. Anast and his staff deal with all day and all week. Giving them a break and some compassion for the people and animals they have to deal with. They have to deal with both lovable and angry animals/people. Where's your soft heart for them? Take a good look in the mirror please!!!
