I have lived in the east side of Cincinnati as a resident of Cincinnati Apartments Plus for the past 8 years. I have finally decided to take advantage of the current market and buy a home. I have enjoyed living here and can not say enough about the staff at the office. The maintenance guys are great and have always kept my house in excellent shape. They even visited once a year to ""check up"" on the mechanics of the house to ensure that my next year would be smooth as can be. The office staff has always been there to answer my questions and even send me pictures of the new ""dog residents"" as I work for the Human Society and they know I love them. I have enjoyed my time as a renter and I wanted to say thank you for the years of great service.
