I live in Lancaster Pa, A very racially discriminated city. I have used this location for a while and found the employees to nice and helpful. On my last occasion I received rude service by the manager Stephanie P. I am sure it was because of my race and the way I was dressed. I call FedEx to make a complaint. I go through the whole 9 yards and follow their procedure. I finally get a hold of the district manager Mike Taylor who basically tries to blow it off. I will talk to her with out talking to her specifically about what happened to me which in effect is a blow off. I work in customer service so I know what a blow off is. I have been known to take this kind of situation all the way up the chain of command but I will let this one go. I can?t give it anymore time but I am still pissed off about it.
